Pursuant to decisions FCTC/MOP1(9) and FCTC/MOP2(7), the Convention Secretariat has developed the following:
- a database of experts and institutions that can provide Parties, upon request, with technical and legal advice and facilitate exchanges of information on the implementation of the Protocol;
- a database to maintain updated lists of competent authorities or contact points for customs (for mutual administrative assistance); and
- a database to maintain updated lists of central authorities (for mutual legal assistance).
